Representing the INTENSE Scholarship Program in Taiwan and the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech), we were honored to participate in the 2026 Taiwan Alumni Reunion held in Ho Chi Minh City. 
The event provided a valuable opportunity for the INTENSE Program to strengthen its connections with the community of Taiwan alumni in Vietnam while fostering dialogue on educational collaboration, academic exchange, and international talent development. It also served as an important platform to expand scholarship opportunities, promote partnerships between universities and industry, and create more pathways for Vietnamese students to pursue higher education, research, and professional careers in Taiwan.
We believe that, with the continued support and engagement of Taiwan alumni in Vietnam, the INTENSE Program will further contribute to developing high-quality human resources, enhancing educational, scientific, and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan, and building lasting bridges for future generations.
We sincerely thank the Organizing Committee for hosting such a meaningful event that brought together Taiwan alumni and partners from both countries. We also look forward to the establishment of the Taiwan Alumni Association in Vietnam, which will serve as an important platform for strengthening collaboration in education, science and technology, innovation, and human resource development between Vietnam and Taiwan.
