At each meeting, the delegation provided detailed information on the INTENSE Program – an initiative by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education (MOE) aimed at attracting outstanding international students to study and work in Taiwan in key national sectors, including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Finance, and Semiconductors.

The program offers Vietnamese students opportunities to receive full or partial scholarships to study at top Taiwanese universities, gain paid internships at enterprises, secure post-graduation employment, and access additional support such as one-way airfare and essential administrative allowances.

The exchanges also opened discussions on potential cooperation in training, research, high-quality human resource development, and joint projects in technology, particularly in semiconductors and artificial intelligence – priority sectors for the city of Da Nang.

The visit by INTACT Base Vietnam in Da Nang contributed to expanding the international education cooperation network and provided students and trainees at local institutions with valuable opportunities for study, research, and career development, addressing the demand for high-quality human resources in the era of Industry 4.0 and global integration.
