On August 13, 2026, Dr. Vo Duc Thang, Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) of the INTENSE Scholarship Program in Vietnam (INTACT Base Vietnam), attended the program commemorating the first anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Innovation Networks and Vietnamese Expert Networks in strategic technology sectors.
During the event, Dr. Vo Duc Thang had the opportunity to introduce the INTENSE Scholarship Program and present its initial achievements to former Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung. He also highlighted the program’s efforts to promote cooperation in developing highly qualified human resources for strategic technology sectors. 
These activities have been implemented through close coordination among the INTENSE Program, the National Innovation Center (NIC), and partner universities in Vietnam, thereby expanding opportunities for Vietnamese students to pursue further education, research, and professional development.
By strengthening connections and cooperation among relevant stakeholders, the INTENSE Program aims to reach a wider community of Vietnamese students and contribute meaningfully to the development of a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting Vietnam’s growing demand in strategic technology sectors.
