Following the stop in Hanoi, the INTENSE Program Education Fair 2026 took place on September 23, 2026 at the Ho Chi Minh City Campus of the University of Transport and Communications. It gave students the chance to meet representatives from Taiwanese universities in person and learn more about the INTENSE Scholarship Program.
The event was attended by, with opening remarks from, Dr. Nguyen Khanh Linh, Head of International Cooperation and Communications, Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC); Prof. Chin-Chung Shen, Co-Principal Investigator, INTENSE Program; Prof. Chao-Lung Yang, Principal Investigator, INTENSE Program in Vietnam; and Dr. Nguyen Thac Quang, Vice General Director of the University of Transport and Communications, HCMC Campus.
At the fair, representatives from eight Taiwanese universities (NTUST, LHU, KSU, CCU, DYU, TSUST, CYUT, MUST) introduced their academic programs, fields of study, and opportunities for international students.
Besides learning about the universities, students also had the chance to ask questions and talk directly with admissions representatives, giving them more information to prepare their future study plans.
Our sincere thanks to the National Innovation Center (NIC), the Ho Chi Minh City Campus of the University of Transport and Communications, the Taiwanese universities, the faculty, and the students in the region who took the time to attend and helped make this a meaningful day of Vietnam–Taiwan educational connection.
