On September 22, 2026, the INTENSE Program Education Fair 2026 took place at the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) in Hanoi. It gave students a chance to learn firsthand about studying in Taiwan, the INTENSE Scholarship Program, and the academic programs offered by Taiwanese universities.
The event was organized by INTACT Base Vietnam in collaboration with the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC) and UTC, with the participation of representatives from the INTENSE Program Coordination Office in Taiwan and eight Taiwanese universities: National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Lunghwa University of Science and Technology (LHU), Kun Shan University (KSU), National Chung Cheng University (CCU), Da-Yeh University (DYU), Taiwan Steel University of Science and Technology (TSUST), Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), and Minghsin University of Science and Technology (MUST).
During the program, students received updates on fields of study, curricula, and learning opportunities in Taiwan, and spoke directly with university representatives in a consultation session covering scholarships, admission requirements, and study orientation.
The event was also attended by, with remarks from, Dr. Nguyen Khanh Linh, Head of International Cooperation and Communications, Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoai Duc, Vice President, University of Transport and Communications (UTC); Ms. Chi-Hsi Ou, Director of the Education Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam; and Prof. Chin-Chung Shen, Co-Principal Investigator, INTENSE Program.
