[2026 INTENSE Program Pizza Meeting | ASE x IATP]

On the evening of April 1, 2026, the INTENSE Program organized a networking session between ASE Technology Holding (Kaohsiung) and students from the International Advanced Talent Program (IATP) at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.

During the event, Mr. Richmond Huang, HR Manager at ASE, provided an overview of the company, along with career opportunities and professional development pathways for international talent. Currently, ASE employs more than 1,200 international engineers in white-collar positions across a wide range of functions.

In addition to employment opportunities, ASE is also planning to introduce 3+1 and 2+2 scholarship programs for IATP students. Under these initiatives, students may receive scholarships starting from their third or fourth academic year and join ASE upon graduation. The event created valuable opportunities for IATP students to engage in company visits, participate in summer internships, and gain career insights in the high-tech industry.

Furthermore, ASE is expected to organize dedicated recruitment and networking events for international students at Taiwan Tech. At the same time, both parties are in discussions to launch further collaborative activities, including seminars, company visits, recruitment programs, part-time job opportunities, internships, and scholarships specifically designed for Vietnamese students at ASE.
